JC — Portrait Artist
JC is an accomplished portrait artist working in pencil and charcoal. His process is deliberate and deeply human — he begins with the eyes, spending hours in intense detail before drawing the rest of the face outward. The result is portraiture that doesn't just capture a likeness; it captures the soul behind it.

G.L. — Photographer
G.L. is a photographer drawn to the world's quiet contrasts — nature pressing against urban structure, stillness found in unexpected places, the calm that lives inside abstraction. Her lens finds beauty in juxtaposition: a wildflower growing through concrete, light falling across a forgotten corner of the city, and the natural world refusing to be contained.
Her work is meditative and grounding, a reminder to slow down and look more carefully at the world around us.

The Collective was founded by a former safeguarding lead and deputy head teacher who spent years in schools working to protect children and young people. That professional background — of watching, listening, and advocating for those who need it most — is woven into the DNA of this brand.
